Flexdirect is an experienced staffing agency for Dutch and European workers. We help employers throughout the Netherlands find reliable and flexible staff, and we guide job seekers to a job that suits them.

With more than 35 years of experience in the labor market, we know what it takes to make a good match and to keep it. That's why we look beyond just a résumé or vacancy. Employees need to be able to concentrate on their work. Especially when someone comes to the Netherlands for a job, more is needed than just an employment contract. That's why Flexdirect can also take care of housing and transport for European employees.

Quality housing

A good place to live is important when you come to the Netherlands for work. That's why Flexdirect provides good and safe housing for European employees. Our accommodations meet the applicable standards for housing of migrant workers and are SNF-certified. That way employees and employers know the housing meets clear quality requirements.

We pay attention to comfort, safety and sufficient facilities. Where possible, we look for housing close to the work location. That limits travel time and makes sure employees have a pleasant place to come home to after work.

Comfortable transport to work

Not every employee has their own transport. That's why Flexdirect can also organize commuter transport for European employees. Depending on the distance, work location and situation, we arrange suitable transport, for example by bicycle, car or bus.

We align the transport with the employee's working hours and location. That way the employee can travel to and from work reliably, and the employer doesn't have to organize this themselves. Combined with our housing, this gives you a practical all-in-one solution: from housing to transport to work, everything taken care of.

Personal support is at the heart of what we do

At Flexdirect, the work doesn't stop once someone has signed their contract.

Our staff stay involved throughout the collaboration. Employees can come to us with questions about their work, schedule, salary, housing, transport and other practical matters. We also stay in touch with employers to discuss how the collaboration is going.

This personal support helps us spot problems early, respond quickly and connect employees to an organization for the long term.
