From recruitment to the work floor: we arrange it

Deploying international workers involves more than just finding suitable people. That's why we take as much work off your hands as possible.

1. We map out your staffing needs

We start with your organization. What work needs to be done? What experience is required? What does the work environment look like? And how much flexibility do you need?

By understanding up front who you're looking for, we can recruit and select in a more targeted way.

2. We recruit and select suitable employees

Through our network in the Netherlands and Europe, we search for candidates who fit the position. We handle the recruitment, conduct interviews and clearly discuss the work and expectations in advance.

3. We handle the administration

Is there a good match? Then we take care of, among other things, the employment contract, payroll administration and other administrative matters related to the employment.

4. We arrange housing and transport

For international employees who need it, we provide housing and commuting. Our homes meet the applicable quality standards and, wherever possible, we keep the travel time between home and work limited.

Depending on the distance, we arrange suitable transport, for example by bike, car or bus.

5. We stay involved
