After 15 months of working through Flexdirect, I am proud of my step from reach truck driver to supervisor at Bonemasters Europe. What makes my workplace great are the people and the beautiful, high-quality product we make.

I am from the Czech Republic and decided to switch staffing agencies after good recommendations from a friend. Flexdirect is my first Dutch staffing agency and I am pleasantly surprised. Everything is well organized: friendly people, timely payments and good housing.

What I appreciate about Flexdirect is that they do what they say and always look for a solution. My contacts Harm (work and paperwork) and Kenneth (housing) make for a pleasant working relationship.

I started as an employee and got the chance to lead a shift. It wasn't easy, but I learn every day and see my own growth. I never thought I would work in the Netherlands, but now I am making long-term plans, such as learning the Dutch language.

I would definitely recommend Flexdirect. Working in another country is not always easy, but the helpful support makes the difference.
