We'll contact you to discuss the position, your experience and your availability. This usually happens by phone, via WhatsApp or by video call. Are you already in the Netherlands or in the region? Then we'd be happy to schedule a meeting at our office.

Are both you and Flexdirect enthusiastic? Then we'll introduce you to the client. Your work experience and resume help us make the right match.

When the client is enthusiastic too, we'll schedule an introduction or interview. This can take place online or on location. Sometimes you can start right away or first do a trial day.

Is there a match? Then we'll arrange everything so you can get started worry-free. We help with contracts, document checks, account activation and, if necessary, applying for a BSN number at the municipality.

Do you need housing? Flexdirect arranges accommodation and makes sure you are welcomed properly. We also help with transport to and from work, so you can start without worries.

Everything arranged? Then it's time to begin! If you have your own transport, you travel to work on your own. If you don't have transport, we make sure you're picked up and arrive safely at work.
