In March 2026, I started as an Operator at Logoplaste in Elst through Flexdirect. I already had extensive experience as an Operator, so I was able to find my place within the company quickly. From the start I felt welcome in the team and I enjoyed going to work.

The collaboration went well on both sides. I got the chance to show my experience, take on my tasks independently and develop myself further at Logoplaste.

It soon became clear that my efforts were appreciated. Even before the end of the agreed temporary period, Logoplaste decided to offer me a contract directly. Of course, I'm very happy about that!

Thanks to Flexdirect, I found a workplace that suits me well and where I can now stay on direct payroll. I look back on my time through Flexdirect with a good feeling and I'm happy with this great next step.
