Flexdirect does everything to safeguard safety on and off the work floor. We hold the following certifications:
NEN 4400-1
Flexdirect holds the NEN 4400-1 quality mark. This NEN 4400-1 is the quality mark of the Foundation for Labor Standards (SNA). It applies to all staffing companies and (sub)contractors of work. This certificate shows that our (personnel) administration is in order, that we pay sufficient payroll taxes and VAT on time, and that our employees are allowed to work in the Netherlands.
SNF Quality Mark
Flexdirect also holds the SNF Quality Mark. This quality mark is for staffing companies that house labor migrants. The housing locations of quality mark holders are inspected annually. If the housing does not comply, the housing provider is removed from the SNF register.
ABU Fair Employment Code
Flexdirect B.V. is affiliated with the ABU and endorses the ABU Fair Employment Code for labor migrants. This means that we pay extra attention to, among other things:
The safety and health of our employees, transparent recruitment and selection processes, contracts in Dutch as well as in the employee's native language, equal pay for equal work, housing that meets reliable standards such as SNF certification, and an accessible complaints procedure.

VCU certification
We hold the VCU certificate. VCU stands for Safety and Health Checklist for Staffing Organizations. With this certificate we show that we take the safety and health of our employees seriously, especially when they work in high-risk environments such as engineering, construction or production. It means we work according to clear rules and that we inform and guide employees well. Many clients ask for VCU certification because it contributes to a safe workplace for everyone.
Dutch Tax Administration statement
This statement from the Dutch Tax Administration shows that all declared VAT and payroll taxes have been paid by the company.
G-account
The G-account is blocked for all account numbers except that of the Dutch Tax Administration. From this G-account, the social insurance premiums and payroll tax are paid to the Dutch Tax Administration.
