Housing

Our homes are almost always within 30 minutes of our clients. Creating a feeling of home in the Netherlands is essential for our international temporary workers. We offer safe, tidy homes with all the necessary facilities. Our job coaches visit the temporary workers at home every week to answer questions and provide explanations.

We believe it's important that our homes are clean, safe and comfortable.

Our housing:

  • is SNF-certified;

  • has the necessary facilities;

  • is inspected regularly;

  • is close to your work where possible;

  • offers a pleasant and safe place to come home to.

Housing according to the SNF standard

Flexdirect holds the SNF quality mark (Stichting Normering Flexwonen). This means our housing locations must meet the applicable SNF standards and are inspected periodically.

We believe it's important that you can live in a place that is safe and well organized.

Transport

Flexdirect offers a wide variety of transport options for our flex workers, including bicycles, cars and buses. We believe it's important that our employees arrive safely at their workplace and get home safely again. We place great value not only on safety on the work floor, but also during the commute. In addition, we strive to keep the travel time of our flex workers as short as possible, with the goal that it does not exceed 30 minutes. That way we make the work environment not only safer, but also more efficient and comfortable.

Depending on your work location and situation, you can use, for example:

  • A bicycle;

  • A car;

  • Organized transport.
