I'm Krystian, 23 years old and originally from Poland. Together with my friend Arkadiusz (22), I decided to make the move to the Netherlands. We got in touch with Flexdirect through Facebook and eventually decided to just give it a try. Looking back, that was a very good choice.

Since October 2025, we have been working at Midl through Flexdirect. We have even been offered a contract directly with Midl. I'm really proud of that, because I never expected it.

We started in Amersfoort, where we helped wind down Midl's warehouse. Then the work moved to Nijmegen. At first we mostly did order picking and packing, but by now we actually do a bit of everything in the warehouse.

What I like most about working at Midl is the atmosphere. Everyone is positive and colleagues always help each other. We also received a lot of support from Flexdirect. Kenneth, Harm and Aleksandra in particular were always there for us whenever we needed help.

One moment I'll never forget is when our car broke down twice. The first time, Flexdirect helped us right away. The second time, even the owner of Midl helped us out. Thanks to that help, we were able to keep working and even move into a place of our own.

I would definitely recommend Flexdirect to others. They really help you when you need it and make sure you feel welcome in the Netherlands.
