We have been working with Flexdirect (formerly ROVINIJ) for more than 25 years, and not without reason.

At a time when more and more skilled workers were starting their own businesses or becoming freelancers, they provided us with experienced roofers: not helpers, but true tradespeople. That's what they deliver. As a result, we have had flex workers at Zwitserloot Dak for more than 25 years.

We mainly deal with Jeanine. The communication is always direct and clear: when something needs to be arranged, it happens right away.

There are multiple success stories. You don't create a success story alone. It always starts with placing a staff member at a company. Then there has to be a click between the company and the temporary worker. When the click is there and the temporary worker doesn't feel like a temp, but like part of the firm, then you already have a success story.

We definitely recommend Flexdirect. Just not for roofers, we'd like to keep welcoming those ourselves.😉
