About Harm

Harm has been working as an account manager at Flexdirect since July 2024. In his role, he is responsible for managing relationships with both clients and temporary workers. Commitment and calm characterize the way he works. He thinks it is important to listen carefully, act fairly and work together to find a solution that works for everyone.

What Harm enjoys most about his work are the moments when people earn a contract with our client. He also finds it rewarding to help temporary workers find their own place in the Netherlands. It is precisely this personal side of the work that gives him great satisfaction.

Harm lives in Druten and is the proud father of a son. In his free time, he likes to stay active and does HYROX and boxing.

Together with the Flexdirect team, he works every day towards one goal: making sure people go to work with enjoyment and a good feeling.
