About Marcel

With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Marcel has been with our organization as operations manager since 2022. Since 2024, he has also been responsible for leading the close-knit Flexdirect team. As of October 2025, Marcel has fully dedicated himself to the further development of Flexdirect.

Labor migrants play an indispensable role in logistics and production when it comes to meeting staffing needs. By meeting this need in the right way, Flexdirect is steadily growing into a leading staffing provider in the Gelderland and North Brabant region.

Optimizing work processes, increasing Flexdirect's market share, improving customer satisfaction and developing the teams' knowledge and skills are what drive Marcel at Flexdirect. Achieving lasting placements by offering suitable workplaces, good housing and close contact is essential in this.

On weekends, Marcel can often be found on the sidelines supporting his children, both along the football pitch and in the handball stands. As a true bon vivant, Marcel also thoroughly enjoys good food, a drink and a fun evening with friends, family and colleagues. He makes up for this by regularly working out, playing padel and playing football.
