Our collaboration with Flexdirect began years ago, when we were still operating as Bakkerij Bouman. Dave and Richard showed up at our door one day asking whether they could supply temp workers. That was our first contact: spontaneous and decisive, just the way we like it. Later, when we moved to Wateringen, we decided to pick up the phone ourselves. We called Dave and Richard for a conversation, and that laid the foundation for a collaboration that continues to go smoothly to this day.

What does Flexdirect mean to us? So far there have actually been no major challenges. What we do notice is that they can respond quickly and deliver good candidates in a short time. Communication with Flexdirect runs smoothly. We mainly have a lot of contact with Harm and Kenneth: two reliable points of contact who know what is going on on the work floor and at our company as a client.

We absolutely recommend Flexdirect. In fact, we have already introduced new contacts ourselves so they could expand their network. We don't do that lightly; you only do that when you trust someone.

Flexdirect sets itself apart by still finding the right people in a difficult labor market. Everyone is fishing from the same pond these days, but what matters is picking the best from the bunch. And they succeed at that.
