Bart on the collaboration:

Livekindly Production has now been working with Flexdirect for more than seven months, and it felt right from the very first contact. We found Flexdirect through NasWerkt, and what stood out immediately was how personal and professional the contact was. They truly listen to what we need as a client and know exactly how to supply suitable staff. That gave us confidence right away.

Flexdirect supports us with Operators and Assistant Operators, and it is important to us that staff end up in roles where they can grow and develop. Flexdirect guides us excellently in this. The great thing is that they don't just fill a vacancy, but also think along about which people fit our organization best and how they can make the most of their talents.

Contact with our contact person at Flexdirect is always clear, transparent and direct. When something needs to be arranged, it happens right away, and we know we can always turn to Flexdirect with questions or for consultation. That gives us enormous peace of mind. You can tell they are truly committed, and that the employees they provide are not just 'temps' but people they invest in.

We see the biggest success on the work floor. It's fantastic!
