Do you already have experience in engineering or construction? Then our recruiters look at your knowledge, previous work and any certificates to find a suitable job.
But you don't need years of experience for every position. For some jobs, technical insight, motivation and the willingness to learn matter most. That way you can gain work experience and develop further within engineering or construction.
Specialist positions may require certain diplomas, certificates or demonstrable work experience. This differs per employer and vacancy. That's why our vacancies always state what is required for the position.

Why work in engineering or construction?
Working in engineering or construction often means that at the end of the day you can see what you've made. You work hands-on, collaborate with colleagues, and no project or workday has to be the same.
There are also many different directions. Perhaps your strength lies in metalworking or assembly, while someone else prefers working on a construction site.
By gaining experience, you can develop further and grow into other tasks or take on more responsibility.
Exactly which opportunities are available depends on your experience, qualifications and the employer.
