About the job

As a Junior Allround Process Operator, you will play a key role in the production process of this innovative company in the North Brabant region.

You will work with modern technologies and ensure that all operations run safely and efficiently. You will independently operate various production installations, monitor processes, and take corrective action when necessary.

Your work will involve processes such as pasteurization, cooling, decanting, evaporation, and drying.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing production lines for operation;

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery;

• Performing quality checks and analyses;

• Recording and maintaining production data;

• Identifying and resolving process deviations and technical malfunctions;

• Performing minor technical maintenance;

• Managing inventory and stock levels;

• Operating a forklift;

• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized;

• Contributing ideas for process improvements;

• Training and supporting new colleagues.

You will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills. Within 6 to 12 months, you can progress to the position of Allround Process Operator.

• Monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000, depending on experience;

• 20% shift allowance on top of your basic salary for working in a two-shift system;

What we ask

• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English;

• You hold a valid forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one;

• Previous experience in the food industry is an advantage;

• You are willing to work in shifts (no night shifts);

• You have good technical understanding and work accurately;

• Knowledge of HACCP and/or a VAPRO A or B qualification is an advantage;

• You are independent, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
